Corporate culture is the key to how the company does what it does. Business culture consists of shared values, beliefs, habits and goals. The business venue, its employees and even clients all form a culture manually. Most corporate cultures have been created in an organic way, which is a good way to say that they leave them inadvertently. Results get faster, the company is more agile and has a lot of flexibility for employees. Although it may be effective to make things, it is not so beneficial for communication to the whole company. Communication in this environment is much more tactical than anything else, but you have to take a big picture to keep these dynamic but separate projects in the same direction. Keep the global message based on the most important project to get the audience's attention.

Eiffel Tower

This culture is centered on the relationship between direct staff. Someone's position in the hierarchy largely determines what information you are or can give you. Although it is a strong culture, it is changing very slowly. In order to communicate well, it must be top-to-top and side-by-side in addition to top-down information peaks. Incubator cultures are by-products of the dot.com era and x and y generations. With the technology available, you get information from almost every source except for top-down communication.
