Everything we do is communication. We can not communicate in a civilized way without communication. Without communication, we can not create modern societies. Without communication, we could not create well-being for ourselves. Without communication, we could not create organizations that needed to reproduce material assets. Communication is the most important building block of human civilization. According to German philosopher Jurgen Habermas, social reality is divided into two parts: the system and the world of life. The system consists of the political subsystem and the economic subsystem. The world of life consists of the private and public domains. Communication is strategically based on the system or is based on finding and perfecting different methods and techniques to make our lives richer and more efficient. Spousal communication is the opposite; is based on symmetrical relationships between people and seeks to reach a consensus on many issues of our social reality. Communicating in the world of life really aims to find common interests among the people concerned. Therefore, Habermas invokes any interaction in the communication rationality of the physiological world

If communication is so important, it is a certain level of competence for all communication strategies and tactics of people, regardless of schooling, social backgrounds, citizenship and common language. Unfortunately, this is not true because many people lack the proper communication skills to be successful. Most of them simply think about their daily lives using basic communication skills that are hardly enough to hold their heads over water. What are the characteristics of good communicators? Below are some of the characteristic features that good communicators have:

1. Good communicators pay attention to all that the other person communicates;

2nd Good communicators are constantly thinking about the nature of their message: they always think about when, where and how they will pass their message;

3rd Good communicators always try to find the right combination of words, body language, dress, and sound before sending a message;

4th Good communicators try to avoid the same words when sending their message to different people because no person is the same. Good communicators are trying to find out what's important for another person;

5th Good communicators are ready to be flexible or trying to move on after receiving the message by making a decision, solving a problem, negotiating a compromise, etc.

6. Good communicators are fully aware of the mutual nature of communication, which is a message that gives and receives messages. Good communication is like dancing, which involves leadership and follow-up.

Although the above characteristic features seem obvious and easy to understand, many people have difficulty in their consistent application. Communication is a process that resembles driving a car. The more you do, the better you will be. Experience is the best communication teacher. Moreover, the willingness to learn from experience is very important. Of course, we've made mistakes, but we try to learn these mistakes and get better next time.

Having explained the above characteristics of good communicators, what are the ten commandments of effective communication? Always try to give feedback on facts and not on opinions and / or emotions that stir up or break the other person;

2nd Always try to empathize or see a situation from the other point of view. Try to accept the views of another person without preaching and / or moralizing;

3rd Criticizing neutral language and sound;

4th Tell me what you think without being sarcastic;

5th If you want something from others, ask, do not command;

6th Give the other the opportunity to talk, do not slip into "railroading"

7. Explain why something must happen, not threaten;

8th Do not give advice or opinions when people do not ask;

ninth Let's get to the point, avoid neglect at all costs;

10th Do not talk to anyone or others; avoid talking to trivial things.
